Overview
The BORMA 5000BOR is a complete drying chamber that combines an insulated room, a heat-exchange system, six heat-resistant circulation fans, and an electrical control cabinet with alarm. Fresh kernels are loaded on trolleys, wheeled into the room, and dried evenly over a 22 to 24 hour cycle, depending on the condition of the kernels.

Room structure
- Steel frame: Box steel 50 mm x 100 mm, 1.8 mm thick, for a strong and durable structure.
- Wall panels: Insulation panels 50 mm thick, density 12 kg/m³, to retain heat, reduce energy loss, and keep the internal temperature stable.
Heating and air system
- Heat-resistant fans (6 units): 1.5 HP each, made in Vietnam, for continuous hot air circulation.
- Radiators (2 units): Steel pipe 34 mm in diameter, 4.5 m long, 2.0 mm wall thickness, wrapped with 60 mm wide, 0.5 mm thick steel fins to maximize heat transfer. Made in Vietnam.
- Input temperature pipe (1 unit): Steel pipe 34 mm in diameter, 2 mm thick.
- Output water pipe (1 unit): Steel pipe 34 mm in diameter, 2 mm thick, fitted with a Korean-made stainless steel 34 mm valve for automatic drainage.
Control system
- Electric cabinet and alarm (1 unit): Central control unit made in Vietnam, for reliable operation and timely alerts.
