Two types of cashew steaming machines are available: the Automatic Cashew Steaming Machine, which uses static, highly automated cooking, and the Rotary Cashew Steaming Machine, which uses dynamic cooking, where the raw cashew nuts are mixed while being steamed.
The Automatic Cashew Steaming Machine is designed on the principle of an autoclave, producing highly uniform steamed nuts that are ideal for automatic cashew shelling lines. The whole machine is made of casting steel and insulated with cotton for excellent durability and heat retention. A temperature gauge, pressure valve, and timer ensure safe operation and easy maintenance.
The machine can run independently or be linked with additional units to form a large-capacity automatic cashew steaming system for automatic cashew processing plants.
