The machine can easily be integrated with additional units to form a high-capacity steaming system, or linked with a cashew cleaning machine, an RCN sizing machine, and a cashew cooling system to create a fully automatic production line.
Steaming produces highly uniform raw cashew nuts, which helps minimize broken, uncut, and unscooped kernels during the shelling process and improves overall kernel recovery.
All key components, including motors, bearings, and electrical equipment, are imported from Japan, Taiwan, and China to meet CE standards. The mechanical parts, including the frame and the double-layer insulated autoclave drum, are made of specialized casting steel or 304 stainless steel, depending on customer requirements. Each part is machined with CNC machines and assembled by a team of skilled workers to ensure high durability and consistent performance.
The machine is equipped with an automatic feeding and discharging system and a safety valve system that makes temperature and pressure easy to set. It is simple to operate and maintain, making it a dependable addition to any cashew processing plant.
